Our trip to Ft Payne Alabama

One of the highlights of our trip to Ft Payne Alabama was meeting the boys from Alabama..Randy Owen, Jeff Cook and Teddy Gentry...I have been doing a tribute to Randy Owen for about 8 years now and words cant describe the inspiration he has been to me...

Welcome to Danny Bingham Music's Blog....

My name is Danny Bingham my wife Linda and I have made our home in
Comanche Tx. We have four children, Laramey, Amber, Elizabeth and
Ashley. We are also the proud grandparents of one beautiful
grandaughter Kayzlei and two handsome grandsons Chayten and Jaxson. I
began singing and playing guitar at the age of 13 My mother taught me
the basic guitar instruction as well as basic song singing techniques.
As I became older I taught myself to play other musical instruments
such as piano, drums, & bass guitar. My wife Linda and I are
registered BMI songwriters and have written several songs together. A
couple of those songs charted with the CGMG (Country Gospel Music
Guild) in the fall of 2006.Get Right Or Get Left charted at #42 and Do
You Know This Man charted at #52. Also that same year I was nominated
for the CGMG's Male Horizon Award in Nashville TN. I had the
opportunity to showcase our songs onstage at the Nashville Convention
Center.To date I have completed three Country Gospel cd's which
include Get Right or Get Left, Man On A Mission and Childhood
Memories. I have been blessed with the opportunity to have three music
video's produced which include Childhood Memories, Who's Holding You
Tonight and My Brother's Keeper..  On June 29 2012 we had a song
featured on the National Geographic Channels new series "Chasing
UFO's" called "Headed Down To Texas" that was written by my friend
Harlan Harpool and myself. My wife and I also own His Voice Recording
Studio in Comanche Tx where I have produced numerous demo's as well as
studio albums for various artists.

Reflections on the year 2012....

Reflecting on the year 2012...It has been amazing...I have met lots of new friends and have got back in touch with some I havent seen in years thanks to Facebook and other media outlets.....The highlights of this year are way too many to mention but I will name a few, First of all being blessed with an amazing wife Linda Henson Bingham and having our children and grandchildren here at Christmas was the best blessing of all and is number one on my list. We also have another grandbaby on the way so I am really looking forward to 2013! This year was also a few firsts for me..I signed my very first music contract with National Geographic TV for the use of a song that my friend Harlan Harpool and I penned called "Headed Down To Texas" in their new series "Chasing UFO's"...also in July of this year we had the privilege of opening for one of my biggest inspirations in the music buisness Marty Raybon in Abilene Tx....Then just a few short months ago we shot our very first music video "Childhood Memories" Special thanks to my good friend Sha King for his video skills and talents. We also released my 3rd cd by the same title which also includes a song that was cowritten by my good friend Stephan Dueboay Sr. titled "Lambs Book Of Life".Also this year I had several songs that Linda and I had written submitted to Teddy Gentry (one of the founding members of the Country Music Supergroup Alabama) and scored some very high remarks from him on our songwriting abilities. Next month we will be shooting another new music video from one of our songs titled "My Brother's Keeper" so be watching for that one..As we head into a new year, a season of opportunities, I am thankful for the good things that God has given us and anticipate the good things he has in store for us. I thank Him daily for the talents that he has given me. God has given us miracles of healing and kept his hand over our family and no doubt we would not have made it with out his love and mercy and grace...I have been blessed by those of you who comment on my posts everyday and the messages I recieve that it made a difference in someone's life....There is already too much negativity in this world and I will continue to be a positive influence and help others where I can..Wishing everyone a Happy and Prosperous New Year and may God keep you and your families safe in the coming new year.....I love each and every one of you. Childhood Memories

From a cabin in Durango Colorado sitting on a porch swing on the evening of October 1st 2012 picking my guitar, Linda and I talking about the simple things in life..this song was born.....It is our prayer that this video takes you back to a simpler time, Back to a little country church house where every Sunday you found good ol gospel singing and the preacher delivering a message of salvation.
